Refund Policy

We want to make you happy with your purchases at Siren so would like to offer you an exchange or refund on any full price item purchased on line, as long as it is received back at Siren within 7 days of receipt however the following conditions do apply.

Any item returned will have the original postage costs deducted from the refund.

Sale Items are not exchangeable or refundable.

Full priced items returned from overseas can be returned but will have our original postage costs deducted from the refund plus the purchaser will be required to pay the return postage also and the goods must be returned to Siren within 24 days of the dispatch date.

Please first notify us by email within 5 days of receipt at sirenboutique@xtra.co.nz that you intend to exchange/return so we know which items are coming back or give us time to arrange an exchange if possible.


Return goods back to us by a trackable method to:

Siren Boutique, Silverdale Mall, Shop 16/75 Silverdale Street, Silverdale, 0932 New Zealand (if overseas)

We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in return so please use a trackable method of return.

All items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn, with original tags attached. Please include the original receipt that was included with your shipment.
Once the return has been received and approved to the above conditions we will refund the price you paid for the garments (less shipping costs), or exchange it. We cannot refund to credit cards unless they are presented to the shop eftpos so will instead refund via internet banking to your account or apply to reverse payments made through laybuy.

Your rights under this returns policy is additional to the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993.
